  • All products are made to order via Printify & ThePrintSpace. Availability may vary, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product.

3.2 Pricing and Payment

  • “Prices are listed in Euro (EUR) or US Dollar (USD), depending on the selected currency setting. Prices in other currencies may be displayed for reference, but final payment will be processed in EUR or USD, depending on the payment provider’s exchange rate at the time of purchase.
  • “For international purchases, prices may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations and payment provider conversion fees. fromlight2artshop.com is not responsible for additional charges applied by your bank or payment processor.
  • Payments are securely processed through WooCommerce & Stripe.

3.3 Order Confirmation and Cancellation

  • You will receive an email confirmation after placing an order.
  • Orders can only be canceled before they enter production. Once in production, they cannot be changed or canceled.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are fulfilled via Tapstich, Printify & ThePrintSpace and shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • Estimated shipping times are displayed at checkout but may vary due to third-party fulfillment and carrier delays.

Lost or delayed shipments: We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses or courier issues. If your package is lost, please contact us at service@fromlight2artshop.com.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • We do not accept returns for wrong sizes, colors, or design choices.
  • If an item is damaged or defective, we offer a replacement or refund if reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • Any misuse, fraudulent activities, or security breaches must be reported immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for third-party errors (Printify, ThePrintSpace, Stripe, WooCommerce).
  • We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

  • We use Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Pinterest for website analysis and advertising.
