Thank you for shopping at fromlight2artshop.com. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you have a great shopping experience. Since all our products are printed on demand and made uniquely for you, we have specific policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or modified before they enter production. Once an order is in production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Returns & Exchanges
As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or design was ordered, or if the customer simply changes their mind. Please carefully review product descriptions and sizing charts before making a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
We only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer a free replacement or a refund. To qualify:
- The issue must be reported within 30 days of the product’s delivery date.
- You must provide a clear photo of the defect or damage.
- If the issue affects multiple products with the same design, an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame may be required for confirmation.
In cases of damaged Limited Edition Prints we may request return of the products so that we can dispose of them and retain the Edition number. The returns in these cases will be at our cost, and refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by us. Alternatively, in some cases, photographic documentation of the destruction of an edition print may be sufficient.

Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- If your billing currency is not USD, the refund will be processed directly to your original payment source.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Unsuccessful Delivery & Incorrect Addresses
If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or an unsuccessful delivery attempt:
- You can request a reprint for an additional shipping fee.
- Alternatively, you may request a partial refund (excluding shipping costs).
Print Placement Tolerance
For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printed items, a 0.5-inch variation in print placement is considered acceptable and will not be treated as a defect.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank or payment provider for pending transactions.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
